Brazilian side Atletico Mineiro have reportedly made an offer for Liverpool midfielder Allan ahead of the January transfer window.
According to Globo Esporte, via Sport Witness, Mineiro have placed a £2.4m bid on the table for Allan as they look to sign him on a permanent deal.
The report claims that Liverpool are willing to sell him, following his loan spell with Fluminense in Brazil. Liverpool are keen to cash in and Mineiro are aiming to take advantage of that.

READ LIVERPOOL VERDICT
Given that he has only been able to attract the interest of other clubs in Brazil and Liverpool are eager to sell him, he does not appear to have a bright future at Anfield. If the club do not want to keep him, it is unlikely that he is good enough to make any sort of impact in the first-team at Anfield.
This means that selling him would be the best move for the club. Allow him to leave and get some money back in the bank to potentially fund signings of players Liverpool can add to their squad to make a difference. Not to mention the impressive array of young players Liverpool have on their books, the loss of Allan would not be a concern at all.
