Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero trudged off the Etihad pitch against Chelsea on Saturday evening.
The Argentine suffered a muscular injury during the 2-1 victory and manager Pep Guardiola revealed that he will be out of action for at least a few weeks.

As quoted on City’s official website, Guardiola said:
(Sergio will be out for) a few games – I don’t know exactly. It will be a few weeks, exactly how many I don’t know.
He has a tendon problem in front – so it will be a few games out. We will miss Sergio, we have had some problems with injuries but we will wait for him and meanwhile, we have Gab and Sterling who can play in that position. We will live without him for a while.
Boost for the Reds?

Absolutely! Aguero has a knack of carrying Manchester City over the line in matches and being without him certainly weakens them.
Obviously, the Reds need to focus on their own performances and results but seeing City without their star man in a tough set of upcoming fixtures is a welcome boost.
This setback for City could just hand the Reds a massive advantage in the Premier League title race.
