Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp have developed an intense rivalry in recent years.
The two men have become rivals due to their respective clubs, Manchester City and Liverpool, battling for the Premier League title. The Reds secured the UEFA Champions League last season whilst City were crowned Premier League champions.
Both men were at the Football Writers Association northern branch managers’ awards dinner on Sunday night in Manchester. As quoted on the Mirror, Guardiola said:
Maybe we can swap?
These Liverpool fans believe Guardiola just can’t stop thinking about Liverpool…

READ LIVERPOOL VERDICT
It was a lighthearted joke from Guardiola but he does seem to be talking about Liverpool a lot recently.
During his time in England, no team has given Guardiola such a headache as Klopp’s Reds have and it seems to be something which bothers the former Barcelona man a lot.
Both teams and managers are fantastic in their own ways and despite having a healthy lead at the top of the table, there’s no room for complacency.
