On this day 14 years ago, Roy Evans’ Liverpool side were beaten 1-0 at home to the struggling Ipswich Town.
The Tractor Boys hadn’t achieved league success on the road in nearly five months, with their last away victory a 2-1 win over Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road.
However, a trip to the Merseyside giants did not seem to faze them, as Adam Tanner’s goal in the 30th minute awarded George Burley’s team all three points.
It was a huge surprise considering the Reds hadn’t lost at home in the league all season, and they arrived into this fixture on the back of four straight wins.
The question is, can you name the Liverpool XI that were beaten by Ipswich that day?
Fill in the blanks inside the allocated time limit, good luck!
