Ragnar Klavan, Joel Matip, Gini Wijnaldum, Marko Grujic, Loris Karius, Sadio Mané, and Alex Manninger have all been introduced as new Liverpool players this summer under Jürgen Klopp.
There are some very useful and exciting players in that mix when they are all fit, and there are certainly players that will improve on we had prior to their arrivals.
Nonetheless, Liverpool have also shipped quite a few number of players out and produced a rather ‘business acceptable’ net spend.
Liverpool should, in theory, have plenty of money in the ‘war-chest’ to complete at least one more signing.
So do we need another signing?
YES WE DO!
If not two, because at the moment, we seem a litlle light at both left back and right back. Nathaniel Clyne could use a back-up.
At left back, we currently have señor Moreno… who isn’t to be trusted as a regular starter. Enough has been said about the Spaniard, so I don’t need to explain why we desperately need a new starter.
I, therefore, have taken on the job of Head Scout and have provided five options for Mr. Klopp to choose from.
