Brazilian side Fluminense are eager to extend the loan spell of Liverpool midfielder Allan.
In the summer, the 22-year-old’s loan was extended until December and with the date fast approaching, the Fluminense want another extension.

The midfielder joined the Reds back in 2015 but is yet to make a senior appearance for Jurgen Klopp’s side.
This is due to work permit issues and Fluminense president Mario Bittencourt is ready to make another deal. As quoted on Sport Witness, he said:
We are trying to get a new loan of these players [Allan and Caio Henrique]. The feeling is that if there is no offer to buy, they can stay with us.
Both have already expressed a desire to remain. They love the club, the fans and are grateful that they have recovered football here.

Allan is unlikely to ever get the chance to represent Liverpool due to ongoing work permit issues.
He’s due to finish his loan spell soon and agreeing a new deal seems like the best option for all parties.
It’s maybe time for the Reds to start looking at offloading the midfielder permanently and make a decent amount of money.
