Liverpool youngster Harvey Elliott is set to sign a new deal at Liverpool at the end of the season, according to journalist Paul Joyce.

The teenager has been involved with Liverpool’s first team on multiple occasions already this season, featuring regularly in the Carabao Cup and the FA Cup.

Elliott also made his Premier League debut for the Reds this term and his impressive displays are set to be rewarded with a new three-year deal.

Many Liverpool fans are excited for the teenager’s future at the club and some feel that Klopp should use him more regularly.

The 16-year-old is yet to score for the first-team but has got his name on the scoresheet for the Under-23 side, netting twice and providing four assists in the Premier League 2 this season (Transfermarkt).

We believe that the reports about him potentially signing a new deal is great news for him and the club and below, we’ve given some reasons why we think that.
