Liverpool Goal of the Month: March 2016

Overall, a really good month for the Reds. They managed to knock out their fiercest rivals in a European competition and their league form continued to be good.

The month did end in disappointment, though. A trip to St. Mary’s saw the Reds get off to a flyer – racing into an early 2-0 lead and in truth, it could have been more. However, the Saints came out a different side in the second half and managed to turn the game around and win 3-2.

Jurgen Klopp has definitely changed the side for the better, though, and that should be what the fans put their focus and hope on.

Another positive about March was that Klopp had almost his full-strength squad – definitely the closest he’s had to one since he’s been at Anfield. The return of Daniel Sturridge has undoubtedly improved the side even if he’s not been at his best.
