Goalkeepers Liverpool could sign in the January window

Liverpool’s goalkeeping woes have seemingly been an issue ever since Pepe Reina departed Anfield.

Simon Mignolet’s time in Liverpool has been very difficult for the Belgian. He has constantly criticised and looked set to lose the number one job to Loris Karius when the German arrived in 2016.

However, Karius looked less than convincing in goal for Liverpool, meaning Simon Mignolet never really lost his seat as number one.

Going into this season, the reds still struggle defensively. A new goalkeeper could help Liverpool achieve their goals of reaching the top four yet again and getting into the UEFA Champions League.

The reds could sign a replacement in the January transfer window, with a few targets possibly available for Liverpool to sign.

These targets could come from Europe, or closer to home in the Premier League.
