How Liverpool could line up on the opening day against Norwich

Liverpool’s 2019/20 Premier League campaign gets underway next month as they host newly-promoted Norwich on the opening day.

The Reds will start their league season on a Friday night at Anfield, after the fixture was picked up by Sky Sports to be the first televised clash.

Jurgen Klopp looks set to be without Sadio Mane, who is currently still competing in the African Cup of Nations with Senegal.

His progress in the tournament means that he could be in line for an extended summer break, making it unlikely that he will be available to face Norwich on the opening day at Anfield.

Liverpool will be looking to start the season strongly as they aim to win the Premier League title, after losing out to Manchester City last year – on the final day.

With injuries and potential absences, here is how we predict Liverpool will line up against Norwich next month…
