Juventus have joined Liverpool in the race to land Turkish international goalkeeper Ugurcan Cakir in the January transfer window.
According to Turkish outlet Gunes, via The Daily Post, Liverpool and Juventus are both interested in a deal for the shot-stopper.
The report claims that Liverpool have sent scouts to watch Cakir as they weigh up an offer for the goalkeeper.

Do Liverpool need to sign Cakir?
Alisson is only 26, which is very young in goalkeeping terms, and Adrian has proven himself to be an adept back-up for the Brazilian in the past month.

Despite a couple of wobbles, including a mistake against Southampton, Adrian has made some key saves and impressed in Liverpool’s win over Burnley last weekend.
With added competition for Cakir’s signature, his price could be driven up by his current club – adding further complications to a potential deal. Liverpool may be best off walking away and sticking with what they have, perhaps waiting until next season and giving Kamil Grabara a chance to stake his claim in the first-team after a season with Huddersfield on loan.
