Kent completed his medical at Rangers over the past 24 hours and has now officially completed his move to Scotland until the end of next season.
He becomes the second Liverpool player to join Rangers on loan since Steven Gerrard became manager of the Scottish giants.
The 21-year-old spent last season on loan to Freiburg and Bristol City, where he failed to score in either spell.
Kent will now be looking to make his mark in Scotland to prove to Jurgen Klopp that he has a future in Liverpool’s first team going forward.
