Liverpool winger Ryan Kent is set to undergo a medical with Rangers after the two clubs agreed a deal, according to Sky Sports.
The report claims that Rangers have struck a deal with Liverpool to take Kent on a season-long loan.
Steven Gerrard has managed to use his Liverpool connections for the third time as Rangers’ new manager, bringing the highly-rated winger in, alongside Jon Flanagan and Ejaria.
Kent spent time at Freiburg in the Bundesliga last season but failed to make an impact, leading to a spell with Bristol City earlier this year.
The 21-year-old has made 82 senior appearances across a number of loan spells, scoring four goals. Three of these goals came whilst on loan to Barnsley.
Sky Sports claim that Kent will undergo a medical with Rangers over the next 24 hours, with an official confirmation of the deal expected over in the coming days.
