Leeds United are preparing to make a pitch to Liverpool this week, as they look to complete a loan deal for Rhian Brewster.
That’s according to Football Insider, who claim the Championship club will meet with the Reds “to present their case for a temporary deal.”
Brewster will be allowed to leave Liverpool on a temporary basis for the second half of the season.
Playing time has been extremely limited for the 19-year-old in 2019/20, as he looks to regain full fitness after knee and ankle issues.
Eddie Nketiah could rejoin Arsenal in January, meaning Leeds will be even more desperate for attacking reinforcements.
Brewster and Curtis Jones have both been linked with moves to Elland Road, as they look to seal promotion back to the Premier League.

Brewster moving to Leeds feels like a perfect scenario, in many ways.
It would suit Liverpool because the youngster would earn regular playing time, while Marcelo Bielsa’s side would benefit greatly from having such a talented striker in their ranks.
It is a move that feels increasingly likely as the January transfer window approaches.
