Tottenham suffered one of the worst results in their history on Tuesday night, losing 7-2 at home to Bayern Munich.

The Bundesliga champions ran riot in the Champions League, humiliating their opponents on their own turf.

It further suggests that all is not well under Mauricio Pochettino, as he potentially nears the end of his time in north London.

Liverpool supporters couldn’t help but laugh at the final score, claiming that the curse of Divock Origi had once again struck.

For anyone unaware of the apparent curse, most of the teams that Origi scored against last season find themselves struggling badly.

Spurs are clearly in a mess, Newcastle are falling apart under Steve Bruce and Barcelona may never recover from that famous night at Anfield.

Then there’s Everton, who continue to struggle after Origi’s memorable stoppage time winner last December.

Who knew the Belgian had such magic powers!
