Liverpool, Manchester City and Tottenham are all keen on signing Philippe Coutinho on cut-price deal, according to the Express.
The Brazilian exited Anfield for Barcelona back in January 2018, but his time in Spain was disappointing. Coutinho was subsequently loaned out to Bayern Munich last summer, but he has still struggled to hit top gear.
A return to Liverpool is not being ruled out in this latest report, which claims Barca could cut their losses and allow the 27-year-old to leave for £77 million this summer, having signed him for £142 million.
While City and Spurs are mentioned as potential suitors, Manchester United and Chelsea are also reportedly interested.

I don’t think Liverpool should re-sign Coutinho, with many believing that the Reds have moved on without him as a team, winning the Champions League and Club World Cup since his departure.
Coutinho turns 28 this year, too, so he doesn’t represent a long-term addition either.
I always felt he shone more in terms of individual brilliance under Jurgen Klopp than in his system, producing moments of creative magic but occasionally looking like a square peg in a round hole.
He neither possessed the pace to flourish in a wide role like Mohamed Salah or Sadio Mane, or the midfield industry and defensive nous of Jordan Henderson and Gini Wijnaldum, among others. WhoScored rank ‘defensive contribution’ as one of the Brazilian’s key weaknesses.
Should Coutinho make a shock comeback to Liverpool, he could still provide undoubted quality, but I would be shocked if Klopp was interested, having already cut his ties with the player.
