Liverpool are confident of tying down winger Sadio Mane to a new contract in the coming weeks.
According to The Evening Standard, Liverpool have held positive talks with Mane over a new long-term deal with the club.
The report claims that talks are progressing and Mane is expected to pen an extended contract.
His current deal expires in 2021, with Liverpool likely to add another two years to that.

Mane has started the season in fine form, with three goals in his opening two appearances, against West Ham and Crystal Palace.
The 26-year-old has scored 36 goals in 75 appearances for Liverpool since his move to the club from Southampton in 2016, where he had scored 25 goals in 75 appearances.
The Senegal international has also scored 15 times for his country, having been capped on 55 occasions.
Mane will be hoping to continue his fine start to the season when Liverpool host Brighton on Saturday.
