Liverpool’s likely new kit deal with Nike has left some Reds supporters dreaming of signing Kylian Mbappe.
The Paris Saint-Germain superstar is sponsored by sport’s biggest brand, which is seen as a potential advantage when it comes to him moving to Anfield next summer.
It is highly unlikely, of course, given what a vast sum of money Mbappe would cost, but Trent Alexander-Arnold’s latest social media antics have seemingly kept the dream alive.
The Liverpool star liked an Instagram post from the Frenchman, leading these Reds fans on Twitter to further talk up the potential transfer.

The thought of Mbappe in a Liverpool shirt is almost too exciting to comprehend, given his ability.
The 20-year-old is one of the very few players in the world good enough to break into the Reds’ front-three – he is a generational talent and possibly one of the best attacking players of the last 20 years.
It seems almost impossible that Liverpool will ever stump up the money to sign Mbappe, however, and that’s if he even wants to leave PSG.
Realistically, Real Madrid feels like a likely next destination in his career, or possibly Barcelona.
Social media behaviour like Alexander-Arnold’s is only going to add fuel to the fire, though.
