Liverpool supporters are relieved at a report claiming that the Reds likely won’t be making a move for Todd Cantwell this summer.
The Norwich City star has been linked with a move to Anfield at the end of the season, having caught the eye for the Canaries so far in 2019/20.
Cantwell has impressed with his creativity and goal threat in Norwich’s midfield, finding the net six times in 24 Premier League starts.
The England Under-21 international has arguably been the biggest positive in a tough season at Carrow Road, as Daniel Farke’s men sit bottom of the table, facing relegation back to the Championship.
The Athletic’s James Pearce says a deal likely won’t come to fruition, however, outlining his reasoning on Red Agenda podcast [03/03/20 – 52:13].
These Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to provide their thoughts on the matter, with many of the opinion that it is a good decision by the club.

Not that I’m a big fan but if £30m is too expensive then we must not rate him very highly
