Jordan Henderson has been enjoying a season to remember for Liverpool, captaining the Reds towards impending Premier League glory and playing some of the best football of his career.
Henderson’s stock has arguably never been higher, with some now tipping him to win the PFA Player of the Year award later this season.
It has been a memorable 12 months for the 29-year-old, who has lifted both the Champions League and Club World Cup trophies.
Throughout his career, the Liverpool skipper has generally been praised for his industry and physicality in midfield, rather than for being great technically.
Footage of Henderson taking free-kicks in training may suggest otherwise, however, as he fires efforts at goal alongside Trent Alexander-Arnold and Virgil van Dijk.

His accuracy is hugely impressive, suggesting he could potentially take more free-kicks for Liverpool moving forward, should Alexander-Arnold or Mohamed Salah give him the opportunity to.
These Reds supporters have been reacting to the video, heaping praise on the captain in the process.
