Raheem Sterling had another afternoon to forget at Anfield on Sunday, as Liverpool beat Manchester City 3-1.
In fairness to the former Reds star, he looked his side’s most dangerous player for much of the game, but nothing seemed to go right for him.
As the minutes ticked by, Sterling cut an increasingly angry figure, berating referee Michael Oliver and getting into scraps with England colleagues Trent Alexander-Arnold and Joe Gomez.
The 24-year-old was booed throughout the contest, and once again, he returned to Manchester without a win.
These Liverpool supporters loved what they saw at Anfield, as Sterling’s temper came to the fore.

Read Liverpool Verdict
Like so many of City’s players, something happens to Sterling when he heads to Anfield.
As mentioned, he played well in chunks, but he still wasn’t at his devastating best.
The occasion seemed to get to him at times and he allowed his frustrations to boil over.
Anfield is playing a huge role in the Jurgen Klopp revolution, inspiring the Reds to great things and making opposition players visibly shrink.
