Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has overcome a serious knee injury to become a key man for Liverpool again.
The midfielder has been in the goals for the Reds recently, scoring in consecutive wins against West Ham and Southampton.
Oxlade-Chamberlain now has seven goals to his name this season – the most of any Liverpool midfielder.
The 26-year-old arrived from Arsenal in the summer of 2017, joining for £35 million.
One tweet mocking Liverpool from that period has been unearthed, poking fun at the Reds’ inability to win trophies and how Oxlade-Chamberlain’s days of silverware were numbered:

This has backfired spectacularly, of course, with Jurgen Klopp’s men winning three trophies in the last eights months, with Premier League glory now all but sealed, too.
Arsenal, meanwhile, have won nothing in that time.
These Liverpool supporters have taken to Twitter to mock the post, going to show that social media activity can easily come back to haunt you.
Good god. This is the worst aged tweet I think I’ve ever seen. Horrific. RIP Padey. https://t.co/jMTL60xe1l
