Michael Oliver will referee Liverpool’s Premier League clash with Manchester City this weekend.
The Reds host the champions on Sunday afternoon, in the biggest match of the season so far.
There have been fears that the much-criticised Martin Atkinson would take charge of the weekend action, but those worries have swiftly gone away.
