Liverpool fans react to Jon Moss being referee for Everton clash

Liverpool host arch-rivals Everton at Anfield this Sunday in the third round of the FA Cup.

The arrival of Carlo Ancelotti has boosted the Toffees but both managers are expected to make plenty of changes for the clash.

It was announced that Jon Moss will be the referee for the encounter and these Liverpool fans are nervous about him being in charge…

Moss recently took charge of Liverpool’s Premier League victory over Aston Villa but has never been the referee for the Merseyside derby.

He’ll need to make sure that he has control of the game from the first whistle or else things can get out of hand pretty quickly in these matches.

Fans will want to see a fast and entertaining match, so Moss will know that if he keeps stopping the match, the crowd will turn on him.
