Liverpool fans react to Klopp’s trophy prediction back in 2015

Jurgen Klopp is celebrating four years as manager of Liverpool, during which time he has worked wonders at Anfield.

Taking charge of the Reds back in 2015, the German has gradually turned his side into Europe’s most formidable outfit, culminating in Champions League glory last season.

Klopp conducted a memorable first press conference as Liverpool boss four years, during which he came out with numerous remarks that made the headlines.

One of those was that the Reds would win at least one trophy in the next four years – he said ‘title’, which meant silverware – which they achieved back in June.

These Liverpool supporters have been reacting to Klopp’s prediction, praying that a Premier League title come his way next May.

Some may misconstrue Klopp’s words as him talking about winning the league – even if he is, he could achieve that in his fourth full season at Liverpool.

It shows that he Reds boss had a clear timeline in his head, in terms of where his side would become a real force.

Patience was always going to be required, but it has paid off, with Liverpool now eight points clear and European champions.

The Reds couldn’t be in better hands.
