Liverpool continued their march towards the Premier League title with a 4-0 win away to Leicester on Boxing Day.
Jurgen Klopp’s side are now 13 points clear at the top, thanks to goals from Roberto Firmino (2), James Milner and Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Milner came on in the second-half as a corner was about to be taken, with Liverpool winning a penalty from the set-piece. With his first touch, Milner dispatched the spot-kick to make it 2-0 at the time.

The composure to come on and score the penalty with his first touch was truly exceptional from Milner. He was thrown into the thick of a tough match against Leicester, with the Foxes coming back into the game at that moment in the game. All the pressure was on him to convert and he coolly set Kasper Schmeichel the wrong way and allowed Liverpool to finish the game off with confidence and style.
