Liverpool fans react to reports linking Reds with Real Madrid chief scout

Liverpool have become a winning machine under Jurgen Klopp, with the German guiding the Reds to the top of club football.

He has made outstanding signings, including Alisson, Virgil van Dijk, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane, as well as improving young talent such as Trent Alexander-Arnold and Joe Gomez.

Although Liverpool are thriving on the pitch, they are also excelling off it, with Klopp building a formidable team around him.

According to the Telegraph, the Reds are keen on bringing in Real Madrid chief scout Juni Calafat, although they face competition from Chelsea and Everton.

Calafat has been praised for changing Madrid’s transfer strategy, signing young players such as Martin Odegaard and Reinier.

Should he join Liverpool, he could work in tandem with sporting director Michael Edwards, who himself has received much praise in recent years.

These Reds supporters reacted to the news on Twitter, proving to be fully behind the idea in general, despite the odd naysayer.
