Liverpool are edging closer to Premier League glory by the game, with just eight wins now guaranteeing a first league crown since 1990.
Manchester City can only reach 93 points from this point on, and that is assuming they win all 14 of their remaining matches.
The Reds require just 24 points in that time, following Wednesday’s 2-0 win against West Ham at the London Stadium.
With Liverpool having the luxury of a 19-point cushion over City, there is already talk surrounding when and where Jurgen Klopp’s men could officially be crowned champions.
There is the mouthwatering chance to win the league at either Goodison Park or the Etihad, considering the Reds face Everton and City on March 16th and April 4th, respectively.
The idea of winning the title at Anfield is also an appealing one, however, in what would likely be memorable scenes inside the stadium.
