Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante has been told he should leave the London outfit and join Liverpool.
However, all is not quite as it seems, as reported by the Liverpool Echo. The French midfielder attended a wedding of a Chelsea supporter, where naturally he was met by fans of other rival clubs, including one mischievous Liverpool fan looking to manoeuvre a deal.
As shown in the footage below, Kante laughs off the suggestion in good spirit, but judging by these reactions from a number of Liverpool supporters online, it’s a move that they would love to happen.

What a signing this would be for Liverpool, but don’t expect it to happen anytime soon.
Chelsea will be feeling fortunate that this was nothing more than a fan chancing their luck at a wedding.
Adding Kante to Liverpool’s current midfield would be quite something, but it would take a huge sum of money both in regards to a transfer fee and wages to lure him away from Stamford Bridge.
Many believe that Kante is the best in the world in his position and Liverpool fans got an up-close and personal look at how good the Frenchman can be as he impressed against Jurgen Klopp’s side in the Super Cup earlier this season.
