Liverpool will battle Chelsea for the signing of Javairo Dilrosun, according to Calciomercato, via Sports Mole.
The Hertha Berlin winger has caught the eye in the Bundesliga this season, scoring three goals and registering two assists.
The 21-year-old spent four years in Manchester City’s academy, before opting to join Hertha in 2018.
Chelsea have been linked with Dilrosun, as have Borussia Dortmund, but Liverpool are also interested.
The Reds are believed to have sent scouts to watch the Dutchman in action this season.

Dilrosun is a very exciting prospect and one who could thrive in this Liverpool setup.
His pace and end product would be a lethal addition to Jurgen Klopp’s squad, although he wouldn’t be coming in as a regular straight away.
At some point further down the line, Liverpool will need to consider long-term replacements for Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane, however, and Dilrosun cold fit the bill.
