Liverpool are ‘open’ to making more signings in the January transfer window, according to Sky Sports‘ Vinny O’Connor.
The Reds have completed the signing of Takumi Minamino, who has joined from Salzburg after impressing in the Champions League.
The 24-year-old was a surprise addition to Jurgen Klopp’s squad, but a potentially invaluable one.
Liverpool’s January spending may not end there, however, with O’Connor not ruling out the possibility of another new face arriving this month:
The Reds are open to anything that can improve on what they have got, but with a Champions League-winning squad and one on course for a first Premier League title, that leaves their options very limited.

With a maiden Premier League title on the horizon, the Reds must do everything they can to ensure their squad is perfect in the second half of the season.
They arguably look light in full-back areas, particularly at left-back, so Klopp could consider making further reinforcements.
That being said, the Liverpool manager is fond of showing faith in the players at his disposal, so it would be a surprise if more new players arrived in January.
