Liverpool player ratings: Brighton (H)

Liverpool easily wrapped up a UEFA Champions League spot by beating Brighton 4-0 at Anfield this afternoon.

The afternoon was more notable however for Mohamed Salah scoring his 32nd goal of the season, breaking the single-season goal record held by Alan Shearer, Luis Suarez, and Cristiano Ronaldo.

It was Salah’s goal that gave Liverpool the lead after 26 minutes, with a goal that would basically send the Reds to Champions League football next season.

Dejan Lovren would add another goal just before half time, before Dominic Solanke finally broke his Liverpool goalscoring duck, netting his first for the Reds just after the break.

Fan favourite Andy Robertson netted the fourth goal of the afternoon late on, to secure the result for Liverpool as they prepare for their Champions League final clash with Real Madrid in a few weeks time.

Here’s how we rated the Reds after a superb win to end the season.
