Brighton manager Graham Potter has revealed that Ben White will remain with Leeds on loan until the end of the season, amid speculation linking him with Liverpool.
The Reds have been touted with January interest in White, but Potter has made it clear that he will stay with Leeds before returning to Brighton next summer.

White has been excellent in the Championship for Leeds this season as they sit second in the table.

With Liverpool top of the Premier League table and unbeaten after 16 games, there is no desperate need for them to strengthen in the transfer market in January. White is a prospect for the future and if Liverpool have to wait another six months to strike a deal it makes little difference to them.
He is gaining valuable experience at Leeds and Liverpool would surely want him to improve and play regular game time out on loan even if they signed him in January. Liverpool could just wait until the end of the season and then try to snatch White up from Brighton, even if it means that his performances for Leeds increase his price.
