Manchester United are growing increasingly confident that striker Erling Braut Haaland will join them.
The forward is a target for Liverpool as well as Arsenal but according to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, United feel that they have enough to convince him to move to Old Trafford.
The Norway international is one of the most sought after players in world football at the moment and is being valued at around £100m by RB Salzburg.
Ornstein also confirmed that the one stumbling block to any potential deal could be his agent Mino Raiola.

Manager Jurgen Klopp is interested in investing in a new striker and 19-year-old Haaland is one of the most prolific around at the moment. He’s scoring domestically and in Europe effortlessly and even got his name on the scoresheet at Anfield.
Losing out on him to United would be a massive blow so the Reds should fight for him as much as they can.
The fact that United are feeling confident should concern Liverpool, who need to start acting quickly if they want to secure his signature.
