Liverpool right-back Ryan McLaughlin has joined Scottish Premier League side Aberdeen on loan, as revealed in the Liverpool Echo.
The 20-year-old, who missed the back end of last season for the Under-21s through injury, will remain with the Dons until January in an attempt to get first-team football under his belt.
McLaughlin’s most recent loan move was in January 2014 when he went to Barnsley.
He turned out nine times for the South Yorkshire outfit, and those are his only senior club appearances to date.

McLaughlin joined Liverpool from Northern Irish side Glenavon in the summer of 2011.
The pacey full-back was already a youth international for Northern Ireland at the time, and continued to progress through the age groups before being handed his senior debut against Uruguay in May 2014.
McLaughlin’s appearance for the Green and White Army meant he became the first Liverpool player since World War II to represent the Northern Ireland first team.
