Assistant manager Sean O’Driscoll and first-team coach Gary McAllister have both left Liverpool as impending manager Jurgen Klopp prepares to bring in his own backroom staff, according to Andy Hunter of the Guardian.
Also losing their jobs, says Hunter, are Glen Driscoll and Chris Davies, the head of performance and head of opposition analysis respectively.
Brendan Rodgers, who was sacked on Sunday following the Reds’ 1-1 draw with Everton, brought in both O’Driscoll and McAllister in the summer, but neither feature in Klopp’s plans.

The Guardian report that Zeljko Buvac, who assisted Klopp at Borussia Dortmund, will do so again at Liverpool, while analyst Peter Krawietz is also set to join the German at Anfield.
They also suggest that there may be some solace for McAllister, though, as he may be offered a different role at the Merseyside club.
One man who has been kept on is Pepijn Lijnders, who began working with the first-team in the summer having worked with the youth academy.
