Sky Sports News and Liverpool’s official website have both confirmed the news, with the midfielder to play no part in the rest of the club’s Champions League campaign.
Oxlade-Chamberlain was taken off in the first-half against Roma in the Champions League on Tuesday night, with it now being revealed that he suffered ligament damage.

The Englishman has also been ruled out of the World Cup for England this summer in Russia. He was expected to be named in Gareth Southgate’s squad for the competition.
Signed from Arsenal at the start of the season, Oxlade-Chamberlain has been a pivotal part of Liverpool’s success and has been in superb form.
He recently scored an important goal against Manchester City in the Champions League to set them on their way to the semi-finals.
