After a gruelling trip to USA, Liverpool make a visit to Scotland tomorrow to face Italian giants Napoli for another pre-season game.
The Reds have faced Carlo Ancelotti’s men quite a lot in the last 12 months, starting from a pre-season game last summer in Ireland. They both met in the group stages of the Champions League as well.
In terms of the stiffness of the task, this is another very tough game for Jurgen Klopp’s side to deal with as they get ready to kick start their season not long from now.
The manager has fielded sides mixed with youth and established first-team players in the games so far. With quite a few players yet to join the team, the same selection pattern could be on the cards tomorrow.
Nathaniel Clyne and Yasser Larouci won’t be in contention as they recover from long-term injuries. Adam Lallana could start tomorrow.
