Liverpool welcome Porto at Anfield in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final tie.
The Reds came from behind to beat Southampton in the Premier League on Friday and reclaimed top spot in the table.
But, the game tomorrow is in a different competition, where Jurgen Klopp’s men have been impressive over the past 12-15 months.
They met Porto last year in the round of 16 stage and smashed them 5-0 on aggregate. Hence, the Portuguese champions will be coming into this tie hoping to inflict revenge on the Merseysiders.
Klopp was praising his opponents in the presser and also talked about how they are quick in counter-pressing and putting crosses in the box.
Thus, it is vital for Liverpool to start well, especially with the onus on them being the home side.
In terms of injury news, Adam Lallana is set to miss out, while Joe Gomez requires more training sessions to get into the squad.
