Rival supporters have been mocking Fabinho after he was humiliated by Chelsea youngster Billy Gilmour.
The Reds suffered a second defeat in the space of three days on Tuesday night, losing 2-0 at Stamford Bridge.
It ended Liverpool’s hopes of completing a treble this season, as they exited the FA Cup in limp fashion.
On another night when too many individuals struggled, Fabinho was arguably his side’s worst player. He lost the ball for Willian’s opener, and was horribly slow in tracking Ross Barkley for the Blues’ second goal of the evening.
The Brazilian has not been at the races at all since returning from injury and this was possibly his poorest display of the season so far.
One moment summed up the manner in which Fabinho lost the midfield battle against Chelsea, with teenager Gilmour beating him with ease in the middle of the park, producing a lovely piece of skill.
As is the norm with the tribalism that exists on social media, these rival fans were quick to mock the Liverpool star on Twitter.

Gilmour took the last bit of dignity that Fabinho had left. Generational talent. https://t.co/qCs7tz4fDX
