Robertson and Salah still doubtful for Crystal Palace clash

Andy Robertson and Mohamed Salah remain doubtful for Liverpool’s trip to Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon, according to the Liverpool Echo.

The Reds will be looking to retain their eight-point lead at the top of the Premier League this weekend, even trying to pull further clear of Leicester City and Chelsea.

Jurgen Klopp’s side may have to make do without Robertson and Salah, however, as they continue to battle respective fitness issues.

Both the Scot and the Egyptian are suffering from knee injuries, with Salah’s rumoured to be keeping him out for an extended period.

Robertson and Salah being unavailable would be a huge blow for Liverpool, as they look to win a potentially tricky away game.

The pace, goal threat and fight that the duo bring to the side is enormous and Klopp will be desperate that their fitness improves as the week progresses.

Should they be unavailable, James Milner would likely fill in at left-back, while Divock Origi would be expected to come into the attack.
