Liverpool’s Xherdan Shaqiri has revealed that he is fine at Liverpool, but refused to deny he wouldn’t leave the Reds to return to Italy.
Speaking to Gazetta Dello Sport, the Swiss midfielder revealed he had nothing but praise for his former side Inter Milan.
The midfielder had a troubled spell in Milan, before leaving to join Stoke City.

Speaking to the Gazetta, Shaqiri said, via the Daily Star:
I had some good times there, and I couldn’t criticise Inter Milan ever.
A lot of players joined in that winter, such as Podolski, Kovacic, myself, and a lot of changes were ongoing.
Shaqiri has struggled to hold down a starting spot in Jurgen Klopp’s side, despite some good performances for the Reds.
Despite this the midfielder revealed he is happy at Liverpool, but refused to deny he’d return to Italy if given the opportunity.
Go back to Italy? I’m fine at Liverpool, but you never know.
The midfielder has scored two goals in nine appearances for the Reds this season after departing relegated Stoke City over the Summer.
