Lazar Markovic and Tiago Ilori are amongst six Liverpool players set to make debuts for their respective loan clubs this weekend.
The pair completed temporary moves to Fenerbahce and Aston Villa respectively in the closing days of the summer transfer window, and both are in line for appearances on Saturday.
Markovic’s Fenerbahce travel to Kasimpasa, whilst Ilori’s Villa go to in-form Leicester City, however the list of debutants doesn’t end there.
Samed Yesil will want to impress in his first appearance for Luzern as they visit Grasshopper Zurich, and Ryan McLaughlin will be hoping he joins Danny Ward in Aberdeen’s XI as they face Celtic in a top of the table clash.
Spanish youngster Sergi Canos is also hoping to make his debut for Brentford against Leeds United, whilst Mario Balotelli could make his first outing for AC Milan against city rivals Inter on Sunday, after being an unused substitute for the Rossaneri last time out.
Additionally, there is also a further six players, already settled in elsewhere, who are gearing up for more game time this weekend.
After a substitute appearance last time out, Andre Wisdom is likely to start for Norwich City as they host Bournemouth, and in the Championship, Sheyi Ojo will be hoping to be involved for Wolves at Bolton.
In League One, Lloyd Jones is expected to start at centre-back for Blackpool as they face Gillingham, whilst Swindon Town pair Kevin Stewart and Jordan Williams are available against Barnsley.
On the continent, Luis Alberto is also expected to feature as Deportivo go to Rayo Vallecano on Monday night.
