Some LFC fans react to Lincoln supporters’ hilarious antics against Everton

Everton may have played Lincoln City on Wednesday night, but that didn’t stop Liverpool from having some involvement in proceedings.

The Toffees eventually ran out 4-2 winners in the Carabao Cup third round clash, but Lincoln gave them a scare at Sincil Bank, making it 2-2 at one point.

Some brilliant footage has emerged of some of the home fans holding up Liverpool shirts during the game, in order to get under Everton supporters’ skin.

They are also heard singing “Liverpool is red”, making the Toffees fans fume in the process.

Needless to say, these Reds supporters enjoyed what they saw, airing their reactions on Twitter.

Everton fans aren’t exactly the happiest bunch at the best of times and this latest footage highlights it to perfection.

Being reminded how great this Liverpool side is by Reds fans is bad enough for them, but having other clubs tell them the same must be unbearable.

Lincoln City – a great bunch of lads!
