Some Liverpool supporters are increasingly getting behind the idea of selling Naby Keita this summer.
The Guinean signed for the Reds in 2017, officially arriving 12 months later with much expected of him.
Having starred in the Bundesliga with RB Leipzig, Keita’s time at Liverpool has been underwhelming so far.
There have been good performances thrown in, without question, but we have not the seen potentially world-class midfielder who joined in 2018.
Keita, who reportedly earns £120,000 a week at Liverpool, wasn’t even named in the matchday squad to face Atletico Madrid, despite not being injured.
For the 25-year-old to be left out of such a big game felt big, considering he came in as a key man, assuming it wasn’t related to the bus crash in Guinea that his cousin survived last week.
It has led to speculation from fans surrounding Keita’s future, as he continues to struggle with fitness and form.
These Liverpool supporters have been talking up the idea of possibly selling the African superstar at the end of the season, providing their thoughts on Twitter.
Have to sell him in the summer. He has no purpose now. Always injured. Unfit and can’t last 90 minutes. Klopp doesn’t trust him and quite frankly he has been disappointing when he has actually played (especially considering he cost £60m). Cut our losses on him if we can sell?

If KLOPP reluctant to use him, then sell him please, don't waste the players' time!!!

Wouldn't be *totally* shocked if he was sold in the summer, you know. Think it would be disappointing if it happens, but he's barely available. Might make sense to cut our losses. https://t.co/zvUQibEkIV

Has Keita got the personality to play for Liverpool? (Don't doubt his ability)

It's just not working out for him.. A decision will have to be made.
