READ LIVERPOOL VERDICT
Manchester City fans are clearly worried about some dodgy refereeing decisions, but it is a needless excuse. They have a multi-million-pound team, just like Liverpool, and will, more than likely, win if they deserve to. The only thing that they should worry about is how their own team performs, rather than how the officials perform – Liverpool are not the only team in the league to benefit from decisions and it could quite easily end up with the shoe on the other foot.
Will Liverpool be moaning at the ref if Man City win due to a mistake from an official? Sure, but let’s be honest, who wouldn’t? It’s the way football fans think and it is not going to change any time soon. Either way, Liverpool will be going out on Sunday looking to move further clear at the top of the table!
