The Brazilian produced some masterful touches, one with outrageous rabona pass almost assisting Sadio Mane.
Firmino’s performance didn’t go unnoticed in the BT Sport studio, with Premier League legend Robin van Persie watching on in awe.
Speaking about the 28-year-old, the Dutchman couldn’t help but shower him with praise:
The touches he had, at one point he had three unbelievable touches in the space of six to seven seconds.
The highlight was that back-heel pass to Mane, mwah!

It’s great to see Firmino receiving such deserved praise from the wider footballing public, rather than from just Liverpool fans.
He is a genius of a footballer, combining mesmerising skill with a selfless work ethic.
In terms of importance, it could be argued that he is the first name on Jurgen Klopp’s team-sheet, even though Virgil van Dijk and numerous others also come into consideration.
Firmino is a modern Liverpool great and he could end his Reds career as a genuine club legend.
