Charlton striker Ademola Lookman is being chased by four Premier League clubs according to the Daily Mirror, including Liverpool and Arsenal, who were also linked with a move for the highly-rated youngster last summer before he signed a long-term contract with The Addicks earlier in 2016.
Southampton and Tottenham are also in the race for the 18-year-old, and are both willing to pay the £2 million or more it is expected to take to persuade Charlton to let go of one of their prized possessions, a forward who has earned youth international caps and critical acclaim for his performances in a Charlton side which were relegated from the Championship last season.

Despite his team’s extremely poor form throughout the year, Lookman picked up an individual trophy at the end of year awards, being named as the Championship Apprentice of the Year. He played 24 times in the league for Charlton last year, scoring five goals and impressing enough to retain the interest of clubs who were chasing him in the summer of 2015.
The Mirror names Liverpool and Arsenal as the club’s furthest forward in the race to sign Lookman, but they could lose out to either of Spurs or Southampton if the youngster decides to leave The Valley.
