Jurgen Klopp has slammed the Premier League for scheduling the Merseyside derby just days after Liverpool’s Champions League quarter-final first leg.
Liverpool ran out impressive winners last night after running riot in the first leg of the Champions League at Anfield.
But, Reds boss Klopp didn’t seem in high spirts after the 3-0 victory, slamming the Premier league for the tough schedule his side have to face.
He said, via The Mirror
We play again on Saturday at 12:30 and if you want to see games like this then the Premier League have to think about it,
He added.
That will be really tough, Everton are probably more happy about that and that isn’t fair.

The alarm bells started to ring around Anfield shortly after half-time as Liverpool began to look rather exhausted.
Then disaster struck, the ever impressive Mo Salah who notched his 38th goal of the season against Pep’s side, hobbled off during the second half, due to a groin problem.
And not long after Brazillian striker Roberto Firmino was also subbed by Klopp, who came off in the 70th minute due to looking very leggy.
Klopp said.
We have to somehow find players for Saturday. I am not over the moon. I am really angry about people who make decisions in this league.
Never the less, Klopp’s men are in sensational form at the moment. And will head to neighbours Everton on Saturday lunch time to continue their pursuit of a top four place.
