Liverpool host Roma in what will be a cauldron-like atmosphere at Anfield on Tuesday in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final.
The Reds come into this game following a 2-2 draw away at West Brom at the weekend, a match where they decided to give key players at least some rest.
After beating Manchester City 5-1 on aggregate in the last round, they will be favourites going into the tie with Roma. However, complacency must be avoided – Roma established their credentials when they came back from a 4-1 defeat in the first leg to knock out Barcelona on away goals in the quarter-finals.
Both Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino have scored eight goals so far as Liverpool remain the only side undefeated in the competition this season. And as in the last round, Jürgen Klopp’s side will look to use the home leg to gain a significant advantage.
